John Foster Projects has a Quality Management System that complies with the AS/NZ ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The company adheres to its management procedures, which have been developed specifically for projects of this nature and size. A project quality plan is prepared for each project. Inspection and test plans are developed for each trade, based on specification requirements and the Building Code of Australia.
