Shaun O’Kelly – Project Manager

Shaun O'Kelly has been an experienced building foreman, residential housing and commercial project manager and self-employed contractor with considerable experience in all aspects of finishing work.

Shaun has a good understanding of the Building Code of Australia and Quality Assurance procedures:

• Workplace Health and Safety Officer
• Workplace Health and Safety Representative
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• Strong track record in managing projects on time, while maintaining high quality standards.

John Foster Projects has employed Shaun since July 1999. During this time he has worked as Site Foreman on the construction of the following projects:

A key role in Shaun’s previous experience was as a Supervisor with Kinakon Pty Ltd on the Port Moresby General Hospital in Papua New Guinea. In this role he was responsible for a large finishing crew, installing architectural finishes, suspended ceilings, staircases, etc, involvement in large concrete suspended slabs, job co-ordination and hands-on training of crane and concrete pump operators including maintenance functions.

Shaun has completed courses in Site Management Estimating, Surveying, House Construction and Financial Management and Workplace Health & Safety.
